Comprehensive evaluation: It can be used for both sending and significant level raising.
It is possible to send monsters that can self-destruct and deal damage, or support monsters that raise her ATK by referring to the level, such as Fortune Lady.
Since it goes directly to the opponent's field from GY, it's convenient that you don't have to prepare conditions on your own field that don't self-destruct compared to other sending.

It's a card that can raise your level, but even if you look at it as a level adjustment by sending salt to your opponent, there's also the hassle of fertilizing GY, so even if you handle it properly, you can't get a worthy take.
As already said, the premise is to operate the combo as a send-off card.
Leveling up is a detonator for cards that benefit from leveling up, such as Calculator, and it fulfills the conditions for cards that require monsters on the target or opponent's field. Compared to similar Misrevive, it's less dependent on the other party, so overall it's easier to use.
Trap is slow and highly dependent on combos, so it has a strong habit, but I think it's an interesting card with a wide range of combos for entertainment.

A card that pursues a return that is not worth the money you can imagine from the name of raising the level of your own monster by reviving a GY monster on the opponent's field.
However, this card has another flip side, and it has endless possibilities for combos that send monsters to your opponent like 《Shien's Spy》. There are quite a few similar cards, including the above Cien, but since this one revives a GY monster, you don't need to put it on the field once, so you can aim to burn Giant Kozaky, and since it's a trap card, it can be activated during your opponent's turn. It also has the advantage of being able to search with "Trap Trick", so it is easy to differentiate.
It is interesting that the delivery system can do various things due to its uniqueness.

It's a card that loses a lot of ads for the trivial benefit of leveling up, but it's a perfect combo card for sending dangerous goods and punching bags.
The level increase effect can't be activated if there are no monsters here, and because of this, Xyz can't be revived, so in that sense it's a disadvantage effect.

A trap that has the rare effect of sending a GY card. Sending Ido to the field is a hassle, locking it, making food for Fenrir and Hydrogeddon, and doing things that are difficult with Creature Swap. The level increase effect is not a bad thing, and it is possible to use a recruiter to get a high rank Xyz. Even though it is a combo premise, it is a unique and interesting piece.

A card that allows you to use the effect of Nightmare, which cannot SS monsters other than SS turn Gimme Pape, as a merit. With this, you can force Nightmare to SS and effectively disable his Special Summon. The effect lasts for a long time on the turn you play, so there is no danger of being released like Flying G. In addition, it can also be a trigger for Magnedor and 《Inferno Reckless Summon》. If it becomes a nuisance, remove it with a death tree and there is no problem at all. Awesome!
… Well, I wrote this far with momentum, but it's a bit suspicious to see Lavago's ruling...

The level change is more of a bonus, and the shipping is more important. It will be used like his own GY version of Foolish Revival, but there is a decisive difference in that he can Special Summon by preparing a monster that is convenient for him. . It would be nice if there was a flow of destroying "Resonant Bugs" with 《Spyder Spider》and deploying all three at once.

A difficult piece to use normally.
It might be useful if you use it in the Spider Deck! ?

A Normal Trap that sends GY's own monster to the opponent's field and adds the monster's level to the monster on the field. To be frank, the give and take of the card itself does not match at all.
This card makes sense for giving up hazards and targets, and taking is what sets the groundwork for combos.
Try combining it with a card that activates an effect triggered by your own battle destruction, or send a 《Giant Kozaky》bomb. There are many interesting uses.
Send GY cards, cards like send and reuse. If you want to use this gimmick, come to Deck.

Combo card.
It's a pretty interesting card, taking advantage of her opponent's Special Summon, and increasing her ATK of her Fortune Lady by leveling up.
Don't use it in the wrong place

A rare card that can send a GY card.
Raising the level is considered a bonus, and the main role is to send recruiters etc.
It can also be used to send Miracle Flipper with Fenrir Handes.
It's a card that's hard to put in his normal deck, but it seems like it'll do something interesting.
